As the Head of Sales, you will

  • Lead and Grow the Sales Team – Manage and develop a team of three account executives, driving consistent growth through new customer acquisition.
  • Shape Business Strategy – Join the iCore Management Team to influence and enhance strategic direction and execution.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with other departments to maximize sales potential at every customer interaction.
  • Set Goals & Optimize Performance—Develop clear objectives, coaching initiatives, and a data-driven approach to monitoring and enhancing the sales team’s performance.
  • Cultivate a High-Performance Culture – Build and sustain a motivated, top-performing sales team.
  • Optimize Sales Tools – Take ownership of selecting and implementing tools and applications that empower the team to work efficiently.
  • Embed a Sales-Driven Culture – Foster a company-wide, sales-focused mindset.

About You

  • A proven track record in Enterprise B2B SaaS, with personal success in new sales and experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs within the mid-to-enterprise segments and familiarity with digital transformation strategies.
  • Expertise in crafting and implementing ambitious sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing sales initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and inspire new talent.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other modern sales tools.
  • A curious, driven, and courageous approach to challenges.

Location: Our office is in Gårda, Gothenburg. The role includes some travel within the Nordic region to UK and beyond.
